The general secretary of the Communist Party and president of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, comrade To Lam, will pay a state visit to Cuba on September 25 and 26, 2024.During his stay, the distinguished visitor will hold official talks with the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and President of the Republic of Cuba, comrade Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, exchange with other Cuban authorities and carry out various activities of interest.Cuba and Vietnam maintain historical relations of special nature, based on comprehensive cooperation, mutual trust and brotherhood between both Parties, governments and peoples.
