Extraordinary Plenum of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba convened 

The Political Bureau of the Communist Party of Cuba agreed to convene an Extraordinary Plenum of its Central Committee on Wednesday, June 17th, 2026, to evaluate proposals for economic and social transformations, announced by the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party and President of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, in recent statements to the press.
