Given the complex situation facing the country, the Political Bureau agreed to adjust the work program of the 11th Plenary Session of the Communist Party’s Central Committee to a single session, to be held on Saturday, December 13, via videoconference, according to the organization's website.
This decision will help ensure that key cadres remain at the grassroots level, reporting, verifying, and managing the resolution of problems that impact the quality of life of the people and the reduction of financial and material expenses.
In this regard, Roberto Morales Ojeda, member of the Political Bureau and secretary of Organization of the Communist Party’s Central Committee, said on his Facebook account that "as on many other occasions, the Party, in line with the situation in the country, is taking decisions based on rationality and objectivity, which allows us to continue to carry out our tasks with alternatives and without neglecting the effectiveness of the work that corresponds to us.
